As a Salesforce Administrator at MG Consulting, you’ll configure, maintain, and enhance our clients’ Salesforce environments to help drive their digital transformation.

  • Becoming a key part of our future-driven ecosystem, which operates on Agile methodologies, cutting-edge digital tools, and the Salesforce platform, supported by AI and Digital Transformation. This is our vision of a Digital Utopia, where we guide our clients. 
  • Configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet business needs, including building custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes. 
  • Ensuring data accuracy and security by managing user roles, profiles, and permissions, in line with best practices. 
  • Monitoring and verifying system functionality, identifying opportunities for improvements, and troubleshooting issues as needed. 
  • Regularly maintaining and updating the Salesforce platform, including routine data management and cleansing. 
  • Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for system processes and configurations. 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to streamline operations and support company objectives. 
  • Crafting the digital landscapes of the future by ensuring seamless integration of Salesforce with other platforms and supporting the marketing team in enhancing customer engagement efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, configuration, and administration. 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in managing user roles, permissions, and security settings within Salesforce. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency. 
  • Experience with process automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules) and creating custom reports and dashboards. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively while managing time well. 
  • Willingness to continuously learn, stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, and adapt to new technologies. 
  • Experience in managing integrations with other platforms and third-party applications. 
  • English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
